Parish Birth record. Sæbygård, Volstrup sogn, Dronninglund, Hjørring, Denmark

Elizabeth was born July 5, 1870 in Denmark. She immigrated to America in 1880, and met a young express driver named Eugene.

They were married January 1, 1898 in Omaha, Nebraska and blessed with one child, Harry Bartling Hall (sometimes he went by his middle name)

The Halls lived in different houses in north Omaha over the years.

In 1900, they lived at 2729 Hamilton Street, and Eugene was working as an express driver.

In 1910, they were living on north 31st Street in Omaha, and Eugene was driving a wagon express. Bartling was 7 that year, and Elizabeth told the Census Taker that she had given birth to one child, and one child was living.

By 1920, they were living on south 55th Street in Omaha, and Eugene was an express company sorter. He did not go fight in World War I. That year Harry B. was 17, not attending school but without work.

By 1930, Harry B. was no longer at home. Elizabeth and Eugene were living at 1124 55th Street in Omaha. Eugene was 62, with a job as inspector at the Grain Exchange.

Both Elizabeth and Eugene were living in Omaha at the time of their deaths, and are buried in Springwell. Eugene passed away April 7, 1947, and Elizabeth followed him January 27, 1953.
