Addie Marie Coffman Garst, 91, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Madisonville Health and Rehab.
She was born on March 14, 1928 in Sacramento, KY to the late Gladys Coffman and Daniel Ray Coffman. Addie was a 1946 graduate of Sacramento High School and was a graduate of Hellems School of Beauty in Louisville, KY. Addie was formerly employed with Mutual Credit and she attended Assembly of God in Earlington, KY.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Leslie Garst; and her three sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Ernie (Stacey) Garst, Rodney (Pamela) Garst both of Madisonville and Allen Garst of Evansville, IN; sister, Joyce Rae West of Madisonville; granddaughters, Lyndsey (Kenny) Gipson of Mortons Gap, KY and Julie Garst of Madisonville; grandson, Bryan (Michelle) Garst of Madisonville; great-grandson, Gage Garst; great-granddaughter, Emma Garst; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Nathan Bruce officiating. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
