Services for Marie Miller Cupples, 84, of 829 Unadilla St. were scheduled for 4 p.m. today Osborn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. W. Murray Bullock, assistant rector of S. Mark's Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial was to be in Forest Park.
Mrs. Cupples died Sunday morning in Schumpert Medical Center. A native of Minden, Mrs. Cupples was a housewife and member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church and the board of the American Red Cross local chapter.
Survivors include nieces, Mrs. Chris Barnette of Shreveport, Mrs. Margaret Scott Kitch of Albuquerque, N.M., and Miss Mildred Scott of Lake Charles; and nephews, H.I. Cupples of Shreveport, Dan Stewart III of Minden, Dr. Sam Scott of Longview, Texas, and James Fink Mims of Natchitoches.
Pallbearers were to be John Renshaw, Carol Atkins, Harold Denny, Ralph Grant, John Crain and Paul Sprayberry.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Red Cross.
