Natalie Herreshoff was the daughter of Nathanael G. Jr. & Helen (Warren) Herreshoff. She was a lifelong resident of Bristol, Rhode Island.
She graduated in 1941 from Colt Memorial High and later from the Katherine Gibbs School.
She had been employed as a secretary at the U.S. Rubber Company, Bristol, and parish secretary of St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Bristol, which she attended and participated in the church choir.
She was a trustee of the Herreshoff Marine Museum, and was a member of the Rhode Island Historical Society, Blithewold Mansion and Gardens, and Linden Place. She was also a member of the Morning Glories.
She was interested in enviromental preservation.
She was survived by her dog Buster and several cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister Clara.
