Mrs.Dana Hyde Pleak died at 6:30 oclock Monday evening in Kirksville,Mo,after undergoing a serious operation. She had suffered injuries in an interurban wreck near Sand Springs, Okla, in July, 1912, never fully recovering.

Mrs. Pleak was born near Moweaqua, Ill living there until 12 years ago. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.I.B.Hyde. She was graduated from the American School of Osteopathy in Kirksville,Mo, with the class of 1903. Mrs.Pleask was a member of the Christian church. She and her husband moved to Tulsa, Okla, eight years ago where she practiced osteopathy until the interurban accident in July, 1912.

Mrs. Pleak leaves her husband, mother, two sisters and three brothers,Luta King,Decatur,Dr.Wendell Hyde, Crowley La,Leonas Hyde,Boseman,Mont,Dr.Leslie Hyde,El Paso,Texas and Chester Hyde,Hardin,Mont.

The body will arrive in Decatur at 11 oclock this morning and will be taken to the home of the mother,Mrs.J.B.Hyde,1204 W.Macon street. Funeral services will be announced later.
