Dear father of Ralph, Ruth Ann, Marilou and Werner, Rosalie, and Charlene. Cherished grandfather of Josh, Joel, Nicole, Holly; Alaina, Katelyn, Brianne, Tessa; and Mariah. Lovingly remembered by his sisters and brother, Edna (Mahlon) Bauman, Aaron (Florence) and Laura Martin, and sister-in-law Marjorie Martin. He was predeceased by his parents Oliver and Susanna Martin, brother Mahlon, brother-in-law Ernie Martin, and his grandson Zachary. Leonard farmed in Wallenstein and was also the owner-operator of L.M. Martin Transport. Leonard's family will receive relatives and friends at Wallenstein Bible Chapel, 4522 Herrgott Rd., Wallenstein, on Monday, May 19, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A private family interment service will take place at Hawkesville Cemetery on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 followed by a public memorial service at Wallenstein Bible Chapel at 2 p.m. A reception will follow in the church hall. The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to all the staff at Chateau Gardens LTC for their loving care.
