Charles Wilson Harshaw was the son of Charles Harshaw and Alma Barron.

Charles worked as an Underwriter for an insurance company. He was a Veteran of the United States military having served his country in Korea. Charles died from injuries received while aboard Braniff Flight 352 when the aircraft broke up in mid-air and crashed in a field near Dawson, Texas. The aircraft was carrying five crew members and eighty passengers. There were no survivors.
