Edward Ayers, of 1212 Blair avenue, Tyrone, died at his home at 5 o'clock this morning. Death was due to complications and followed two weeks illness. Deceased was born May 7, 1876, and was a son of Ira and Sarah Ayers. He was married twenty-two years ago to Myra Curry. Surviving are the widow, the mother, and the following children: Hazel, William, Clayton, Bertha, Raymond and Elmer. He also leaves two brothers, J. D. of Pittsburgh, A. C. of Tyrone, and the following sisters: Mrs. G. W. Jury of Clearfield, Mrs. C. W. Madison of Rochester, N.Y., Mr. Margaret Jury of Tyrone, Mrs. A. L. Shirey of Tyrone, Mrs. A. A. Irwin of Woodland. Funeral services will be conducted at the late home in Tyrone at 12:30 o'clock noon Monday, in charge of Rev. John Watson. The body will be taken overland to Clearfield for burial.
