Mrs. Ella A. Vosburgh, 49, wife of Stephen Vosburgh, died Monday after an illness of about four years. She was born in Readsboro, Vt., and when a child moved to Shelburne Falls, where she married Stephen Vosburgh of this town and moved here. She was a member of the Second Congregational church. She leaves her husband, her mother, Mrs. Hannah Carter of Shelburne Falls, a brother, Noah Carter of Lenox, and a son, Earl, who is employed in Wells & Nash's drug store. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the home on Pleasant street and was conducted by Rev. G. G. Atkins. The burial was in Green River cemetery.
