He was married to Mabel Swim on March 3, 1914 who survives.
He is also survived by two sons, Ernest of Lawrenceville; Dale of Jonesville, Mich.; four daughters, Mrs. Ray (Blanche) Hunt, Mrs. George (Pauline) Lippincott and Mrs. Geraldine Miller, all of Casey; Mrs. Eloise Holt, Terre Haute, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Oma Fouty of Yale; Mrs. Elva Groves of Hidalgo; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren
