Holly married Stephen A. Duncan on June 24, 1988. They were blessed with three wonderful children, Heather, 16, and twins, Stephen and Stephenie, 14.
Holly loved the holidays and had a God-given talent for creativity. She found delight and enjoyment in decorating her home for the holidays and making fun creative birthday parties for her children. Holly loved to paint and write poetry and was an avid reader. Holly was an excellent cook, baker and candy maker. She has held various positions in her church.
Holly is survived by her husband, three children, parents and sister, Ashley Cowley, all of Providence; brothers, David (Elizabeth) Baer of Oceanside, Calif., Roger Baer of Providence and Cody (Kim) Baer of Logan; her mother-in-law, Margene Duncan; three bothers-in-law, Craig, Clyde and Scott (Joanne), all from Glendora, Calif.; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
