Son of Al and Josephine Merritt Colvin.
A graduate of Wichita Business College and an Ellinwood resident since 1937. Retired owner of Easter Pipeline and Construction.
He was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ and Rotary at Ellinwood; the Petroleum Club and the Elks, at Great Bend.
On June 17, 1957, he married Norma Herold Colvin at Ellinwood. She survives. Also survived by a son, Bruce and a daughter, Lynne Huncovsky; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
