She was born on May 28, 1928 in Bowling Green, KY as the daughter of Grover and Hattie (Donahoe) Davis. Alma married Leonard Cohron on March 25, 1950 in Tennessee.
She worked for Western Electric for 28 years before retiring in 1985. Alma enjoyed bowling, camping, and fishing. She was a champion horseshoe pitcher and was a part of the 600 club.
Alma is survived by her daughter, Pam L. (Doug) Axsom of Greenfield; son, David L. (Amy) Cohron of Indianapolis; sister, Mildred (Harold) Roberson of North Carolina; three grandchildren, Justin Axsom, Jenna Axsom, and Leon Cohron; many nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Darrel & Shirley Cohron of Indianapolis and Joan Cohron.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Cohron; parents, Grover and Hattie Davis; sisters, Mary Vanderpool and Vivian Davis; and brother-in-law, Harrel Cohron.
