He was born on March 2, 1937 to Floyd and Pearl (née Shaw) Barnes in Sears, MI. He was preceded in death by his son William; his parents; and sisters Irma Burhans and Leona Rizor. Cremation has taken place and his final resting place will be Forest Hills Cemetery in Evart, MI.
