Obituary--THE INDIANAPOLIS NEWS, December 06, 1973, MRS. ERNEST HALL: Services for Mrs. Ernest (Iva T.) Hall, 81, 1025 N. Emerson, will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. in Shirley Brothers Drexel Chapel. She died Tuesday in Community Hospital. Mrs. Hall retired six years ago after 20 years as a clerk in the Center Township assessor's office. She was a member of East 10th Street Church of God and American Legion Auxiliary Post 361. Survivors -- husband; son the Rev. Henry C. Hall; sisters Mrs. Ova Welch, Mrs. Mae Hall; brothers John, Rucker, Carroll, Nelson and Sterling Trimble.
