She was born on April 28, 1932, in Noble, Ill., the daughter of Russell and Elsie (Travis) Patterson. Betty married Harold L. Hasler on Sept. 2, 1950, in Noble, Ill.
Betty and Harold moved to Peoria in 1960. She worked for the Department of Agriculture, Social Security, Dr. Clayton and Great Plains Orthopedics. Betty retired in 2009.
Betty was preceded in death by her twin brother, Bill Patterson; daughter-in-law, Janis Hasler; grandsons, Christopher Hasler and Scott Peters; granddaughter, Sarah Peters; brothers-in-law, Robert Ulm and Alvin Conner; and sister-in-law, Louetta Conner.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Hasler; daughter, Jane (and Mike) Peters of Bartonville, Ill.; and her two sons, Roger Hasler of Bartonville, Ill., and Rodney (and Susan) Hasler of Escondido, Calif.
Burial will be in the Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
