Lawtell - Funeral services for Mrs. LucRita (Lucy) Barousse, 62 were held at 11 a.m. today (December 12, 1989, Tuesday) in S. Bridgette Catholic Church here with burial in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Barousse, a resident of Church Point, died at 2:50 p.m. Sunday in a Lafayette Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph (Black) Barousse of Church Point; two daughters, Berly Richard and Marlene Dunbar, both of Opelousas; two sons, Kevin (Pappy) Barousse of Church Point and Ricky Barousse of Wiesbaden, Germany; her mother, Mrs. Sidney E. Comeaux of Lawtell; a sister Emma Lou Tomlinson of Melrose, Florida; a brother Jasper Comeaux of Abline, Texas; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Duhon Funeral Home of Church Point was in charge of arrangements.
