Juanita was born in Effingham, Illinois on October 25, 1929 to Roy and Rosalie Mae (Chase) Bracken. She married James C. Gutshall on March 5, 1949 in Bloomington. He preceded her in death on May 20, 2003.
Surviving are two children, James D. (Queen) Gutshall and Janis (Shawn) Sapp; son-in-law, Paul Walker; four siblings, Wesley (Phyllis) Bracken, Don (Carol) Bracken, Richard (Nancy) Bracken and Delores (the late Bob) Brookman; and sister-in-law, Evie Bracken.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jill Walker and brother, Harold Bracken.
Juanita was a homemaker.
