James E. Anderson, 63, Hillsboro, Ohio, died Wednesday, Aug. 5, 1992, at Highland District Hospital, Hillsboro.
Born March 22, 1928, in Kentucky, he was a son of the late James and Nancy Neal Anderson. He retired after 30 years of service from the Durion Company of Dayton and worked 12 years at Bell's Foundry. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Preceding him in death were his parents; two brothers and one sister.
Survivors include his wife, Reva J. Adkins Anderson, whom he married Aug. 30, 1969; a step-son Gary Helton, Dayton, Ohio; a step-daughter. Teresa Frazure, Hillsboro; five Brothers, Huston Anderon, Kettering, Ohio, Jeff Anderson, Fairborn, Ohio, Hurstle Anderson, Dayton, Ohio, Otis Anderson, South Lebanon, Ohio, Gary Lee Anderson, Pine Knot; three sisters, Betty Kidd, Pike Knot, Geneva VanOver, Lancaster. amd Rochelle Meadors, Florence; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were 11 a.m. Saturday. Aug. 8, at Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Flowers officiating. Burial was in Prospect Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Southside Church of God Mountain Assembly Building Fund, 621 South East St., Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
