Mrs. Glenda Faye Hartley Age 55, of Lebanon and a former Indianapolis resident, died Sunday November 7, 2004 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis following an accident. She was a 1966 graduate of Washington High School. She worked at the Indiana National Bank and then in the corporate offices of A & P Tea Company. Following the period her children were at home, she was self employed in cleaning homes. Memberships include Elizaville Christian Church at Elizaville and the Hasty Basters Home Economics Club. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 11, in Myers Mortuary, Lebanon, where visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 10. Interment will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens, Boone County, IN. Survivors include her husband, Eric Hartley; two children, Pamela Jean Hartley, Eric Christopher (Shannon) Hartley; father, Allen R. Adkins; three brothers, Ray and Randy Adkins, Joseph Irvin; three sisters, Donna Fowler, Tammy McGuire, Kimberly Irvin; two grandsons, Corban E. and Caleb A. Hartley.
