Raymond P. Holtzman,94, of Waterloo, formerly of the Fayette and West Union area, died Thursday evening, July 20, 2000, in West Village Care Center, Independence, after a short illness. Services: Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Oelwein, by the Rev. Frederick Fangmann. Burial: Woodlawn Cemetery, with military rites. Friends may call at the funeral home, where a rosary begins at 4 p.m. Sunday.

Survivors include a brother, Louis of Waterloo; and three sisters, Hazel Bailey of Independence, Mo., and Minnie Roquet and Maddie Dillavou, both of Waterloo.
