Jacob Morse Bridgewater 75. Died at a Presque Isle hospital 6-24-1972 following a brief illness. He was born 6-9-1897 in Bridgewater the son of Harley and Deborah (Hallett) Morse. He was a retired service station owner and had been a lifelong resident of Bridgewater and spent the last 11 winters in Florida. Surviving are his widow, Hilda (Lynch) Morse of Bridgewater, 2 sons, Max of Bridgewater and Elmer of Holly Hill, FLA., a daughter, Mrs. Lee (Rena) O'Connell of Mobridge, SD., 3 brothers, Joshua of Bridgewater, Charles of Quincy, MA. and George of East Bridgewater, MA., 8 sisters, Mrs George (Jesse) Bagwell of Carnation, WA., Mrs. Roxa Conant of Portland, Mrs. Mildred Good of Hollywood, FLA., Mrs. Hazel McBurnie of Coventry, RI., Mrs. Florence Phair and Mrs. Dorothy Seppala, both of Quincy, MA., Mrs. Ulna Corey of Swampscott, MA., Mrs. Henry (Mabel) Patt of East Bridgewater, MA., 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Burial Boundary cemetery.
