FARLESS, Martha A., age 88, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 in Sebring, Florida. She was born in Grady County, Georgia on July 16, 1925 to Lonnie and Bertha (Newberry) Sadler. Mrs. Farless was a homemaker; she had been a member of the Florida Avenue Baptist Church in Avon Park since 1948 and a resident of Avon Park since 1945 coming from Grady County, Georgia. Mrs. Farless is survived by.... She was preceded in death by her husband-H.M. "Chick" Farless. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Florida Avenue Baptist Church with the funeral service to begin at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. John Girdley officiating. Burial will follow in Bougainvillea Cemetery. The family will be accepting floral arrangements or memorial contributions may be made to the Florida Avenue Baptist Church Building Fund: 401 South Florida Avenue, Avon Park, Florida 33825.
