Lucy Teresa Mansu passed away peacefully on 6/6/2010 surrounded by her beloved family. She was born 7/7/1923 in Clymer, PA. and lived in the Lodi area for the last 39 years.
Lucy's passion in life was her family, and she loved to spend her time cooking for all her children and grandchildren. We will always remember her quick wit, hilarious sense of humor and unselfish, giving nature. There wasn't a person she met that was not touched by her love, and she will forever be in our hearts.
Lucy is preceded in death by her husband, Salvatore Mansu; parents, Alfredo and Mary Amici; siblings, Joe, Jim, Clyde, Frank, Mary and Carmella Corsaro; and one son, Leo Mansu at birth.
She is survived by her children, grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; her sisters, Gerry, Lizzy, and Suzie Amici. Her best friends, cousin Margaret Daniels, sister in-laws Frances Trunzo, Florence DeMasi, Mary Grace Mansu, and Dorothy Liermo and many more friends and loved ones.
Rosary will be held at Donahue Funeral Home, June 9, 2010 at 7 pm. A service will be held June 10, 2010 at St. Anne's Church at 10 am. No graveside services.
