Bobbie Seideman, 83, of Amarillo died Friday, April 18, 2014.

Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today in LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Coulter Road Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic Cathedral with Father Scott Raef as celebrant. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Coulter Chapel, 8310 S. Coulter St.

Bobbie was born Aug. 28, 1930, in Hale Center to Lotus and Alva Hancock. Bobbie married her husband Bill Seideman on Sept. 2, 1946. She was a housewife, and she took care of her family. She loved to paint and work in the garden. Bobbie also loved to travel to Southern Colorado to go trout fishing and her family has a reunion there every year. She also loved to cook for her family when they all got together. Bobbie was a sweet spirit who touched many lives and grew over the years to be known by most as "Grandmommy." She is our angel in heaven and will be missed by her family and friends.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill; a son, Rick; and a sister, Corrine Leake.

Survivors include a son, Phillip Seideman and wife Theresa of Amarillo; a daughter, Melissa Stack and husband Steve of San Antonio; a sister Billie Jean West of Slaton; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a great grandchild on the way.

The family will be receiving friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
