Louise E. Hornback, 93, Rock Island, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 1995, at St. Anthony's Continuing Care Center, Rock Island.
There are no services or visitation. The body was cremated. Entombment is in Rock Island Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Memorials may be made to South Park Presbyterian Church, where she was a member.

The former Louise Blohm was born Aug. 13, 1901, in Dennison, Iowa, the daughter of Henry and Minnie Grage Blohm. She married Robert H. Hornback Sr., Nov. 8, 1932, in Aledo.
She had been employed in earlier years as a telephone operator in Davenport.
She was a member of Rock Island Women's Club and the Women's Guild of the church.
She enjoyed gardening and sewing.
Survivors include the widower; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Jr., and Shirley Hornback, Rock Island, Kenneth and Suzanne Hornback, Wheat Ridge, Colo.; grandchildren, Phyllis Myers, Frankfort, Ind., Stephanie Deal, Groton, Conn., Richard Hornback, Wheaton, and Stephan Shearer, Wheat Ridge; two great grandchildren; a sister, Margaret Beck, and a brother, Vernon Blohm, both of Davenport. A son, Richard L. Hornback, preceded her.
She was married to Warren Leland Guldenzopf June 30, 1923 in Davenport, Scott Co., Iowa. He was the son of William and Augusta (Brassell) Guldensopf.
