Emery J. Graham

Emery J. Graham, 74, formerly of Rushville, a resident of Madison, Tennessee, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the Nashville Memorial Hospital in Tennessee. He retired as the assistant superintendent at the Service Supply Company in Indianapolis where he worked for 20 years, from 1949-1969.

He was born in Indianapolis June 15, 1907. He was the son of Orville and Myrtle Abernathy Graham. Mr. Graham was a member of the Goodlettsville Christian Church in Tennessee. He lived in Rushville on East Tenth Street from 1949 to 1956.

He is survived by his wife Mildred J. Wilmoth, whom he married June 13, 1925 in Indianapolis; four sons, James E. Graham, R.R. 1 McCordsville; Walter Graham, Australia; Orville R. Graham, Decatur, Illinois; David A. Graham, Hendersonville, Tennessee; five daughters: Mrs. John (Martha) Burger, Costa Mesa, California; Mrs. William (Betty) Ross, San Jacinto, California; Mrs. Robert (Doris) Lee, R.R. 7, Rushville; Mrs. Robert (Vivian) Hall, Madison, Tennessee; Mrs. Timothy (Nancy) Lentz, Houston, Texas; 35 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Moster and Sons Mortuary in Rushville. The Rev. Richard Baldwin in charge of the service. Burial will be in the Goddard Cemetery, Walker Township.
