Richlands - Mrs. Kate Barbee Cox, 96, died Sunday. Funeral will be held at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, at the Johnson Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Gerald Davis will preside. Burial will be held at the family cemetery. Surviving include two daughters, Mrs. James Banks of Kinston, Mrs. Ralph Murray of Richlands; two sons, Garland and Ralph Cox of Richlands; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
