Freda Lee (Kindrick) Woods passed away April 15, 2014. She was born in Mustang, OK on December 22, 1946 to Oza and Demmus Alverda (Simms) Kindrick.

During her life, Freda worked as a nursing assistant and a homemaker. She loved singing, painting, doing crochet. She was an amazing cook and a self-taught piano and organ player. Freda was a charitable woman who was very involved in her church, and would open her home to anyone in need.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jeanette Boone; and sisters, Verda May Puryear and Willie Ray Talbert.

Freda is survived by her loving husband, Odie Woods; sons, Odie "Ray" Woods, II, and Roy Millican, Jr.; daughter, Annette Dannatt; grandchildren, Tina Goodson, Holli Dannatt, Kirstin Dannatt, Justin Woods, Heather Dannatt, Joshua Woods, Jared Woods, Joseph Woods, and Jessica Woods; great grandchildren, Jaiden Thompson and James Tyler Helmick; and sisters, Annie Gene Larue Martin, and Loretta Janet Northrup.

Visitation for Freda will be held Thursday from 5-8pm. Funeral ceremony will be held 2pm Friday at the Resthaven Funeral Home chapel, with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
