Bill worked as a linesman for Philips Lighting for 29 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge at Salina, and Central Kansas Yacht Club.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma Rowden; his son, Mitch; two daughters, Cyndi Rowden and Gail Wagner; two brothers, Jim Rowden and Bob Rowden; a sister, Betty Audino; four grandchildren; and Thelma's children, Randy McMillin, Jodi Agin, Michelle Thomas and Staci Meyer.
