Apr 14 --Mrs. Laura Frances Holloway Day transition from her Earthly Home toer Heavenly Home on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Hospice Savannah in Savannah, GA.
Mrs. Laura Frances Holloway Day was born on November 16, 1931 in Emanuel County to the late Ed Parrish and Mollie B. Holloway.
She was preceded in death by Three Children: LaFrancis (Debbie) Burnett; Lelia F. Jones; and Sammy (Pete) Holloway.
She leave to cherish her memories Five Daughters: Annie L. Day; and Dinia Burnett both of Lyons, GA; Daisey (Wayne) Jones; Minister Rosa (Jessie) Smith; and Evangelist Della (Troy) Weekes all of Savannah, GA. Three Sons: Ezzard (Billy) Day of Lyons, GA; Larry (Lucy) Holloway; Elton (Kenny) Burnett all of Savannah, GA. She has 33 Grandchildren; 70 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren. Two Devoted God-Daughters: Debra Holland, and Emma Charles. And a host of other loving relatives and friends also survived.
Public Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 1 to 7 from the Chapel of Vincent R. Drummer Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 1:00 PM from the Sanctuary of New Vision Baptist Church in Vidalia, GA. Rev. Willie C. Haynes, Pastor; Rev. Carl Wardlaw, Eulogist. Interment will be held in East Park Cemetery in Vidalia, GA.
Vincent R. Drummer Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
