Mr. Billy Graham was born on November 8, 1963 to Harry Skipper and Lillie Graham in Lake City, South Carolina. Billy was the grandson of Reverend O. Graham, Alease Eaddy Graham, Evangelist Mary Skipper and Deacon Weldon Skipper. On Monday, March 5, 2012 after an illness, Billy entered into eternal rest at his residence surrounded by his beloved family members.

Billy attended the public schools of Florence County and graduated from Lake City High School in the Class of 1982. After graduation, Billy entered the United States Army and served his country honorably from September 1982 to September 1985. He was employed with Carolinas Hospital System as a cook for many years. He was promoted to Patient Services Manager in 2007 with Sodexo. He was employed with Sodexo for three years. He then worked at McLeod Regional Medical Center in 2009 until his illness in 2010.

Billy was a member of Saint Mark African Methodist Episcopal Church where his longtime friend, "Gus" Brown is the pastor.

He met his wife Sheila McFadden in 1985 and in 1988; they were joined in holy matrimony. Blessed from this union are two daughters and one son.

Billy was predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Those left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Sheila McFadden Graham of the home; two daughters, Brittany and Danielle Graham of the home; one son, Billy Jordan Graham of the home; one grandson, DeShawn A. Graham Davis of Florence, SC; his mother, Lillie Graham of Florence, SC; father, Harry Skipper of Lake City, SC; five sisters, Veronica (Keith) Darden of Spring Lake, NC; Marion (Cliff) Peoples of Upper Marlboro, MD; Ronda "Ra" McLaughlin of Winter Springs, FL; Sharon Towers of Texas, and Lisa McFadden; two brothers, Harry A. Skipper (Teresa) of Washington, DC and Robert Singletary of Lake City, SC; father and mother-in-law, David (Laura) McFadden; sister-in-law, Deborah (Arthur) Stacker of Florence, SC; brother-in-law, David (Delores) McFadden of Kingstree, SC; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
