KUEPFER, Andrew Jr. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2014, at Nithview Community, New Hamburg. He was born 94 years ago in Mornington Township and was the son of the late Joseph S. and Fannie (Schmidt) Kuepfer. Andrew resided in New Hamburg and was formerly of Millbank, Listowel and Zurich. Beloved husband of Pearl (Gingerich) Kuepfer. Loving father of Clayton and Amy Kuepfer, William and Anna Mae Kuepfer, Rosina and Laverne Lichty, Lorne and Christine Kuepfer, Melinda and Ivan Lichty, Emmanuel Kuepfer, Leonard and Grace Kuepfer, Laverne Kuepfer, Dennis and Susann Kuepfer, Donald and Lorraine Kuepfer, Darlene Cole, Charlotte and James McIntosh, Gloria and John KaBlak, Leona Van Dyke, Virginia and Harold Parkhouse, Pauline and John Blok. Step-father of Gary and Anne Gingerich, Carol Roth and Pete Wilson, Patty Ollies. Sadly missed by his 37 grand-children, 49 great-grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren and 5 step-great-grandchildren. Remembered by sister-in-law Esther Streicher. Andrew was predeceased by his first wife Elizabeth (Streicher) Kuepfer, son Mahlon Kuepfer, daughters-in-law Dorohty Martin, Dianne Dill, sons-in-law Thomas Askett, James Cole, Gorden Van Dyke, sisters Katie and Elmer Kuepfer, Emma and Dan Zehr, brothers Jacob Kuepfer, Chris and Nancy Kuepfer, Noah Kuepfer and Mose and Rachel Kuepfer. Andrew was a lifelong member of Riverdale Mennonite Church, Millbank. Andrew and Pearl managed and organized Blessings Community Store and Foodbank in Zurich for over ten years. Family and friends will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home , 7 Spencer Street, Milverton on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Riverdale Mennonite Church, Millbank. Interment in Riverdale Mennonite Cemetery, Millbank. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Mennonite Central Committee or the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
