Mrs. Virginia Hicks Watson, 78, of 625 Rush Dr., died Wednesday at her home. Born April 13, 1894, at Rich Hill, Mo., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Truman Hicks, she was active in the Baptist church.
Survivors are the husband George A. Watson Sr. of the home; one son, George A. Jr of Fayettville; one brother, Arch T. Hicks of Bartlesville, Okla.; one sister, Mrs. Fred Baker of Pittsburg, Kan.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. at Moore's Chapel with burial in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
