A kindly mother grieves for you, A husband's heart is wrenched with pain,
Your only son shall feel the loss But all of this is Heaven's gain.
Your loving sister also grieves, Will pause to shed a silent tear
But Heaven beckons to the one Who does not feel the pangs of fear;
For she is resting with her God, Beyond the realms of this fair earth.
She knows the peace of quiet rest And knows the glory of God's worth.
