She was born to Michael and Phyllis (Rumsey) McCulloch. She graduated from Viroqua High School in 1975. She married Cary Moser and they later divorced. In 1987, she married Donald E. Oliver. She worked at City Limits in Viroqua until the business closed. She graduated from WWTC with a degree as a disability specialist in 1998. She worked at Riverfront in La Crosse, until her diagnosis of cardiomyopathy in 1999. On Oct.10, 2000 she received her second chance at life as a result of a heart transplant. She enjoyed Sunday Funday's with the Birthday Club gals, gardening, and her grandkids.
