Frederick Frankhouse, veteran of the Civil war and member of Hartford Post, G.A.R., died Tuesday afternoon at the family home at 124 South Washington street following an illness of several weeks. He was a native of New York, aged 82 years, 6 months and 2 days. He had been a resident of California for the past 13 years and a resident of Lodi for the past 11 years.
He was the husband of Mrs. Fredericka Frankhouse of Lodi and father of W.D. Frankhouse and C.F. Frankhouse, Amiros, North Dakota; Mrs. H.A. Strutz and Mrs. W.S. Strutz, Thompson, N.D.; Mrs. Anna Ward, Honolulu; Mrs. H.E. Woodward, San Diego; Carl R. Frankhouse, Iowa; Marvin Frankhouse and Alvin Frankhouse, Lodi.
Interment in Lodi cemetery. Members of Hartford Post and Women's Relief Corp will attend the funeral in a body.
