Note: Most all the things has his first name listed as Frederick but was always called Fed so I don't know the real name but I figured it was Federick since his C.S.A. stone has it listed that way
Dec.11 1863 He enlisted in the Confederate Volunteers in Paris,Tenn.at the age of 24.Later went into the 12th.Kentucky Cavalry and involved in more than 40 hostile exchanges in Mississippi ,Alabama,Kentucky and Tennessee. Some were the (Sherman's Meridian Campaign) and the (Forest's Operations )in Tenn.
On April 26 2008 at 2:00 p.m. He was Honored with a Civil War Marker.
