June M. Shearer, 92, of Hemet, died Dec. 3, 2007, at her home.---Visitation was from noon to 3 p.m. Dec. 8 at McWane Family Funeral Home in Hemet. Inurnment will be private. A memorial service will be held June 21, 2008, at the I.J. Peterson Ranch.---Mrs. Shearer is survived by her children, Sue and Pat, both of Hemet; Sid, Dee Miles, Mary Ann and Stephen McMurtrey, all of Arizona; James, John and Dan, all of Montana; and Vicki, Sandra Hartlove and William, all of Washington; 28 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren and her siblings, Walter Gillis of Aurora Grande and Mary Church of South Dakota.---June was a parishioner of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Washington and Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Hemet. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and watching sporting events.---Remembrances may be made to Odyssey Hospice in San Bernardino.
