AMERICAN FORK - Ivor Evans, 46, American Fork, died of a heart ailment Saturday afternoon in the American Fork Hospital. He was born on May 1, 1917, in Sunnyside, Carbon County, to John I. and Elizabeth Rammage Evans.
He married Rose Mary Campbell on July 17, 1946, in American Fork.
Mr. Evans was a veteran of World War II. He was employed at the Tooele Army Depot.
Survivors include his widow, American Fork; two sons and one daughter, Victor, Timothy and Carolyn, American Fork; two brothers and three sisters, John I., William R. Evans, American Fork; Mrs. Isabell Elliott, Bountiful; Mrs. Thomas (Louise) Fairborne, Sandy; Mrs. Elvin (Florine) Lovendahl, Riverton.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the American Fork Community Presbyterian Church. Friends may call at Andersons and Sons Mortuary in American Fork Tuesday until 8 p.m. and Wednesday until noon. Interment will be in the American Fork City Cemetery.
