Obituary from The Salt Lake Tribune (Salt Lake City, UT) - Monday, January 30, 1984:
MIDVALE - LaMarr Dansie Osborne, age 56, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, died January 29, 1984 of heart failure.

Born July 12, 1927 in Crescent, Utah to George Henry and Elizabeth Jane Dansie Osborne. On November 28, 1947 he married Marian Edna Beard in Coalville, Utah.
LaMarr Loved hunting and fishing, was a member of the LDS Church, and served with the Navy during World War II. LaMarr was a very unselfish person giving of himself freely to his family and friends.

Survivors: Wife, Midvale; sons and daughters: Joseph LaMarr, Kaysville, Clinton George, West Jordan, Mrs. John (Joy Ann) Scoville, Salt Lake City, Mrs. Kenneth (Ila Mae) Stucki, Rigby, Idaho; 17 grandchildren, whom he dearly loved and was loved by them in return; brothers and sister, Francis H., Orem, Elden V., Lehi, Robert W., Sandy, Alvin D., Murray, Blanche Hendrickson, Midvale. Preceded in death by a brother, Walter G., and a sisters, Vira Houmand.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, 11 a.m. in the Midvale 6th Ward Chapel. Burial, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
