MARSHALL R. RECKARD
Marshall R. Reckard, 2222 N.E. Schuyler street, Portland pioneer, died Friday after a long illness. Born in Portland, Mr. Reckard attended the old Atkinson school, where he was prominent in football, baseball and basketball. He was graduated from Portland high school and had been in the hardware business in the Irvington district most of his life. He was a member of the Multnomah club.
Mr. Reckard is survived by his widow, a daughter, Alice Reckard; a sister, Emily Reckard Grove, and two nephews, East and Marshall Grove, all of Portland.
