Mrs. Henry (Anna) Adler, 66, of 1517 N. 16th St., died at 6:20 a.m. today at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital following a lingering illness.
A native of Frank Russia, she was born July 23, 1897, a daughter of the late John and Margaret Gettman, came to Greeley, Colo, with her parents in 1903. She was confirmed there in the Lutheran faith.
On July 11, 1919, she was married to Henry Adler of Greeley. The couple, married at Greeley, lived there until 1923 when they moved to Sheboygan.
Mr. Adler is a retired Kohler Co. employe {sic}.
A member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Mrs. Adler also belong to the Ladies' Aid Society of the church, and the Volga Ladies' Aid Society.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, are three sons, Wallace Adler of Howards Grove, Vernon Adler of Sheboygan, and Harold Hein of Montclair, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. E. R. (Lillian) Rapp of Oshkosh; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Jacob Gettman of Greeley, Colo., George of Woburn, Mass., and three sisters, Mrs. Helen Kendrick of Santa Barbara, Calif., Mrs. Gottlieb Miller of Prosser, Wash., and Mrs. Conrad Strausheim of Greeley.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Ebenezer Lutheran Church. The Rev. Erich Keller, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapels from 4 p.m. Wednesday until 11 a.m. Thursday, then at the church beginning at noon.
A memorial fund in her name has been established for Ebenezer Church.

Anna Margareth Gettmann was born in Frank, Russia. She was the daughter of Johannes Gettmann and Anna Margareth Bastron. She married Conrad Hein 9 May 1916 in Greeley, Colorado. One son was born to this marriage, Harold Conrad Hein. Her husband died 28 Nov 1918 in Greeley, Colorado.
Anna remarried to Henry Adler 11 Jul 1919 in Greeley. Three children were born to this marriage: Lillian, born in Colorado; Wallace and Vernon, born in Wisconsin.
Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Sheboygan, WI, verifed that both Henry and Anna Adler are interred at the cemetery.
