She is survived by a brother, Timothy Cullen of Frostburg and the following children: Joseph Footen, Frostburg and James Footen, Mrs. Margaret Settle and Mrs. Mary E. Laughlin. The funeral will be held from St. Patrick's Church, Friday morning, with interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Frostburg."
