The funeral of Mr. John Footen, who died at his home on Sunday evening, took place yesterday morning from his late home on McCulloh street. A large number of people from all over the county, especially from Barton, were here to attend and pay their last tribute to his memory. Services were held in St. Michael's Catholic church. Interment was made in St. Michael's cemetery.
