She was the wife of the late Nathaniel James Sr.
She leaves sons, Nathaniel James Jr, daughters, Lettie Mae Galloway, Tarry Margeret James, brother, Thomas McKnight, sisters, Margeret McKnight, Elizabeth Walker, Janie Mae McKnight. She also leaves 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Marian was predeceased by daughter, Georgia Webb.
