Carl Haese, 76, lifelong resident of Rockland, died Thursday at the homestead farm, now operated by his son, Frank. He had been ill only a short time. Funeral
services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Reedsville funeral home and at 2 o’clock at the Saints John James Evangelical Lutheran Church in Reedsville.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He was born in Rockland in 1873 and in 1901 married Miss Ida Oestreich. She died in 1948.
Survivors are two sons, Frank and Reuben of Rockland; four brothers, Fred of Brillion, Albert and John of Rockland and Otto of Burbank, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Bubolz of Reedsville, Mrs. Pauline Rusch of West Bend and Mrs. Walter Lueth of Abbottsford.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.
