Mrs. Bobbie Jean Ware, 58, resident of Batesville and native of Winona, died of cancer at her residence Sunday, August 20, 1995. She was the daughter of the late Frank Leslie and Mary Lena Coslilow Bennett.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, at Dickins Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Thompson and the Rev. J.D. Joslin officiating. Interment was in Batesville Magnolia Cemetery.

Mrs. Ware was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Batesville and a retired factory worker.

She is survived by her husband, Luther Milton Ware of Batesville; one daughter, Miss Vickie Hannah of Batesville, one son, William Hannah of Batesville; two step-daughters, Mrs. Cathy Cosby and Mrs. Connie Bell, both of Batesville; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Vanstory of Memphis, Mrs. Ruby McCammon of Olive Branch, Mrs. Louise Sullivant of Tullahoma, TN, Mrs. Frankie Mae Campbell and Mrs. Shirley Anne Thompson, both of Winona; four brothers, Morris Bennett and Howard Bennett, both of Winona, James Bennett of Water Valley, Jimmy Bennett of Collierville, TN; two grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren.

Dickins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
