Wayne D. Willis, 53, Allouez, died Tuesday, December 24, 2013, at home with his family by his side.
He was born December 24, 1960, in Chester, PA to Talmage and Norma Jean (Been) Willis.
Wayne served in the U.S. Army from March, 1978 until June, 1989.
He married Sue Works on April 10, 1990, in Lexington, KY.
Wayne was employed by Smith Transport as an over-the-road truck driver, having to stop due to health problems. He loved his Harley and going for rides with his wife. Wayne also loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Sue; children, Jerret (Missy) Ulmer; Petra (Joachim) Strickland, Paul (Renee) Herring, David Herring and his fiancée , Samantha Hockstock, Sarah Christnot, Rachel (Arthur) Morreau; grandchildren, Jade, Nova, Michael, Nathan, Jessica, Ina, Arthur; mother, Norma Jean Willis; three brothers and one sister, Talmage Willis, Stephanie (David) Spindler, John Willis, Keith (Millet) Willis; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Wayne was preceded in death by his dad, Talmage Willis.

A Burial Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King.
