Deceased was the father of J.J. Walter of Oklahoma, J.H. and Alex A. Walter of Lodi, H.H Walter of Sacramento, George Walter of Haywards, Charles Walter of Arkansas and Fred and S.E. Walter of Stockton.
The remains are at the parlors of O.H. Wells. Funeral arrangements will be made later.
